2. First off, click the Add Contacts option in the sidebar menu to start managing customer contacts.
3. Make sure you are on Single Contact
4. Following this, enter the customer's first name in the First Name field to proceed.
5. Next up, enter the contact's last name in the Last Name field (optional).
6. Following that, enter the customer's email address in the Email field to proceed.
7. Afterwards, enter a phone number in the Phone Number field to complete contact details.
8. Following that, check the consent checkbox to confirm messaging permissions before adding.
9. As the last step, click the Add Contact button to save this contact to your system.
