How to connect Sweep & Go to Review Harvest

This article shows how to integrate your Sweep & Go account with Review Harvest to automate the process of requesting reviews.

1. Click on "Integrations" to begin your setup.

2. Hit "Add Integration" to continue.

3. Select "Connect your Sweep & Go account" to start automating review requests.

4. Go to your Sweep & Go account to generate an access token.

5. From the home page of your Sweep & Go account. Navigate to "Settings"

6. Scroll down and click on "Open API" to access the API features. This is only available on the highest plan of Sweep & Go.

7. Next, click on "Generate New Token."

8. Leave everything blank and click on "Generate" to create your token.

9. Click here to copy your token.

10. Paste the Sweep & Go token here.

11. Click here to connect your account.

12. Select when to send your client info to Review Harvest. The _Sweep & Go Request Automation_ doesn't send the contact info until they have been an active client for 30 days.

13. You can select more than one trigger. We will not send double review requests to clients who are added twice within a short period.

14. Confirm that you have the proper consent.

15. Click on "Connect Account"

16. We will pull all your clients that have an invoice attached to their contact in Sweep & Go, and we can reactivate your list of clients to get you a bunch of reviews in the next couple of weeks!

17. Click here. You will be able to manage these contacts before sending a review request.

18. Finally, click on "Import Clients" to add clients.

19. Now click on Messaging to customize your review requests.

20. Increase your review conversion rate with personalized images! Each image will be personalized with your customer's name.

21. Click here to add your image. Team photos, selfies at work, and wrapped vehicles work well here. Anything that helps your customers recognize your business!

22. Update the owner's name & business name here. We will use these in the request message.

23. Click Request Scheduling to adjust when we send review requests.

24. How long should we wait to send a review request? For Poop Scoopers we recommend within 24 hours to ensure the customer has seen the yard.

25. Adjust how many times you want to follow-up if someone hasn't left a review. We recommend 3 follow-ups.

26. Click on Reviews to manage Review Responses.

27. Toggle on or off Review Responses. Businesses who respond to reviews appear more trustworthy on Google!

28. Click on the add contacts page if you ever need to manually add customers.

29. Add one contact at a time here.

30. Upload a CSV file of contacts here.

32. If we pulled any contacts from your CRM integration, you can reactivate them here.

33. By clicking here, we will slowly start to request reviews from your previous customers. Many users will double their reviews in 2-3 weeks!
