1. If you would like to disable the review request through Dripjobs click "Drips." If you would like to leave this review request on as well, skip to step 10.
2. Click on "Jobs Pipeline".
3. Click on "Project Complete".
4. Click on "Review Request".
5. Click here.
6. Click on "Disable".
7. Afterwards, click here.
8. Click on "Disable".
9. Confirm both steps are disabled if you would not like Dripjobs to send a review request.
11. Next up, click on "Zap" under Start From Scratch.
12. After, click on "Select the event that starts your Zap".
13. Search Dripjobs and select,
14. After, click on "Choose an event".
15. Following that, click on "Triggers when a project is marked completed in Dripjobs," or choose whatever trigger you would like to fire off a review request.
16. Now, click on "Sign in".
17. Now go back to Dripjobs and click on settings.
18. Following that, click on "- Company".
19. Click on "Integrations".
20. Click on "Copy". To copy your Zapier API key.
21. Paste the API key here.
22. After, click on "Yes, Continue to DripJobs".
23. Click on "Continue".
24. Following that, click on "Test trigger".
25. Click on "Continue with selected record".
26. Once that's done search for Review Harvest, and click on "Review Harvest".
27. Click on "Choose an event".
28. Click on "Send Review Request".
29. Log into your Review Harvest account here. Then click integrations.
30. Click on "Add Integration".
31. Click on "Zapier".
32. Confirm you have consent.
33. Click on "Create Zapier Integration".
34. Click here to copy your Review Harvest API key.
35. Click on "Select".
36. Following that, click here and paste the Review Harvest API key.
37. Click on "Yes, Continue to Review Harvest".
38. Following that, click on "Continue".
39. Next up, click on the element.
40. Now, click on "1. Customer Phone". to add the customer's phone number.
41. Click on "+" to add the customer's first name.
42. Following that, click on "Customer First Name".
43. Click on the element.
44. Click on "Customer Last Name".
45. Click on the element.
46. Click on the email field.
47. Click on "Continue".
48. Click on "Test step".
49. Finally, click on "Publish". So that all future contacts with a "Project Completed" are added to Review Harvest to get a review request!
50. The contact will now be added to Review Harvest and receive a review request.
