Review Carousel Embed Tutorial on Wordpress
The Floating Widget is not available for install on GoDaddy
1. Log in to your account at dash.reviewharvest.com
2. To get started, click on "Widgets".
3. Choose from the Customization Options for the pop-up position and color settings.
4. Once done, click save changes.
5. To get the review widget code, click on "Installation Guide".
6. Click on "Copy".
7. Go to your website builder and log in.
8. Navigate to where you can edit your site. This will be different on each platform.
9. Then click on "Websites".
10. Click on the Website you would like to edit.
11. For our "Floating Review Widget" that pops up in the bottom corner of your website you will need to find the place in your website builder where you can add custom code to the header of your site. Check the help doc to look for directions with your specific website builder.
12. Find the "Header" of your site where you will add the code.
13. After you click on the installation guide, copy the code provided.
14. Paste the code into the header of your site.
15. Click the "Save" or "Publish" button
16. Click Preview
17. Here is the pop-up added
18. Now get the code for the Review Carousel. This widget will be embedded on a specific page or place on your website.
19. Navigate to your website builder.
20. Click on "Installation Guide".
21. Next up, click on "Copy".
22. In your website builder, navigate to where you want to add the review widget. And add an element it will most likely be a custom code element or HTML.
23. Paste the 1st code
24. Go back to Review Harvest and copy the second smaller snippet of code.
25. Press enter or return down two lines and paste the 2nd code
26. Save changes
27. After publishing, you should see the widget live on your site.
