🚀 Step 1: Open Social Posting
From your Review Harvest dashboard, click “Social Posting” on the left-hand sidebar.
This will open the main setup page where you can connect accounts, create templates, and manage your posting schedule.
🔗 Step 2: Connect Your Facebook & Instagram
Click “Connect” next to Facebook and Instagram.
Make sure you’re connecting Business Pages, not personal profiles — Meta only allows automatic posting from business accounts.
Once connected, you’ll be able to automate posts to your feed and stories.
🗓️ Step 3: Choose Your Posting Schedule
You have full control over when your reviews get posted.
You can:
Pick which days of the week to post (e.g. Mon–Fri only)
Choose what time of day posts go live
Set different schedules for Stories and Feed Posts
Then decide whether to:
Auto-Post: Reviews that meet quality filters will post automatically.
Manual Approval: You’ll review and approve each post before it’s published.
💡 Tip: We recommend turning Auto-Posting ON for best consistency.
🧱 Step 4: Create Your Post Templates
This is where you make your social posts shine ✨
Under Templates, click “Create New Template.”
Choose between:
Feed Post Template
Story Post Template
Upload your own photos (team photos, job shots, branded images).
Avoid using just your logo — real photos look much better.
Customize it:
Resize or move the review text
Add your logo or additional images
Adjust colors (stars, text, background) to match your brand
You can make as many templates as you like — we’ll rotate through them automatically.
🔥 Pro Tip: Capture some photos of your team pointing, smiling, or working — you can drop reviews into those spots for natural, scroll-stopping content.
🧩 Step 5: Review Queue & Approvals
If you’re using manual approval, you’ll see your upcoming reviews under the Review Queue.
From here you can:
Preview posts before they go live
Edit review text (fix spelling or weird capitalization)
Choose a different template
Approve or skip individual posts
If you’re using Auto-Posting, we’ll automatically queue and publish your best reviews using your templates and filters.
🪄 Step 6: Publish & Relax
Once your templates are ready and your schedule is set:
Click Publish Template to activate it
Your future 5-star reviews will start posting automatically
You can always return to the Social Posting tab to edit templates, change your posting schedule, or switch between manual and auto-posting.
