1. On the messaging page, you can adjust your request messaging!

2. Increase your review conversion rate with personalized images! Each image will be personalized with your customer's name.

3. Click here to add your image. Team photos, selfies at work, and wrapped vehicles work well here. Anything that helps your customers recognize your business!

4. Update the owner's name & business name here. We will use these in the request message.

5. We recommend leaving follow-ups on since 42% of reviews come from a follow-up message, but you can disable follow-ups here if you'd like.

6. Click here to adjust when review requests are sent.

7. How long should we wait to send a review request? We recommend immediately for most businesses.

8. Adjust how many times you want to follow-up if someone hasn't left a review. We recommend 3 follow-ups.

9. Click on Reviews to manage Review Responses.

10. Toggle on or off Review Responses. Businesses who respond to reviews appear more trustworthy on Google!

11. Click on the add contacts page to add your customers.

15. If we pulled any contacts from your CRM integration, you can reactivate them here.

16. By clicking here, we will slowly start to request reviews from your previous customers. Many users will double their reviews in 2-3 weeks!
