Step-by-Step Help Guide on how to export your customer list from Housecall Pro and import it into Review Harvest.
🚀 What Is Review Reactivation?
Review Reactivation is a one-time campaign that targets past customers who never left a review. It's a powerful way to boost your online reputation by reaching out to happy customers you've already served.
✅ Step 1: Export Customers from Housecall Pro
Log into your Housecall Pro account.
In the left-hand sidebar, click on “Customers.”
Make sure the list displayed includes all of your previous customers.
Click on the Export button (usually found in the top-right or under options).
Housecall Pro will email you a CSV file containing your full customer list.
Download the CSV file from your email once it arrives.
🔄 Step 2: Log in to Review Harvest
Go to dash.reviewharvest.com.
Enter your email address.
You don’t need a password — a verification code will be sent to your email.Enter the code to access your dashboard.
📤 Step 3: Import Your Customer List
In your Review Harvest dashboard, click on “Add Contacts.”
Click on “Select a File.”
Upload the CSV file you downloaded from Housecall Pro.
🧩 Step 4: Map the Columns
After uploading the file, you'll be prompted to map the data fields:

✅ Double-check the preview to ensure correct mapping.
If your file only has a full name column, Review Harvest can split it for you.
🚫 Optional: Exclude Specific Customers
To prevent certain customers from receiving a review request:
In the dashboard, search for the customer's name.
Click the three dots next to their name.
Choose “Do Not Contact” to exclude them permanently.
You can remove customers who were bad apples or anyone you don't want getting a request
🛑 Do Not Contact: Permanently blocks review requests.
🗑️ Delete Contact: Removes them from the current list, but could be re-imported later.
⏳ What Happens Next?
Once uploaded, Review Harvest will automatically begin sending out review requests to these past customers.
The rollout starts about 1 hour after upload, and messages are sent out gradually.
